PAYMENT

Payment in full is required at the time of service.  Cash, check, debit cards, flex benefits cards, Visa and Mastercard are accepted for your convenience.

INSURANCE

I am an authorized out-of-network provider for most major insurance companies, which means you are likely to be entitled to reimbursement for my services through your health insurance or employee benefits plan. Please check the terms of your out-of-network mental health coverage with your benefits administrator in advance of your initial consultation.  While filing claims for reimbursement is your responsibility, the process is generally straightforward.  Simply send in a copy of your receipt along with a standard claim form.  Claim forms are available on-line or through your benefits administrator.

CANCELLATIONS

The courtesy of a 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.  This allows other clients to take advantage of the available time and helps keep costs down for everyone.  Clients will be billed for late cancellations and missed appointments based on the time reserved for them.
