I specialize in working with young adults (16+) and adults seeking solutions for anxiety, depression, stress, health and wellness concerns, academic or career problems, relationship issues, and other problems of living. I also enjoy facilitating clients’ personal and professional growth, performance, and quality of life.
The initial consultation is devoted to collecting relevant background information, problem identification, and goal-setting. Subsequent sessions focus on symptom resolution, problem solving, skill building, support, progress monitoring, relapse prevention, and resilience. Follow-up “booster” sessions are provided as needed to ensure sustained progress. Once established, clients are encouraged to follow up anytime the need arises – once a client, always a client.
