In addition to my private practice, I serve as a psychologist with the FMRT Group providing pre- and post-employment evaluations for law enforcement and other public safety personnel, and the Veterans Administration providing mental health disability evaluations for military veterans.
Outside the office, I maintain close ties with local mental health, medical, educational and business professionals. I am an active member of the North Carolina Psychological Association, Division of Independent Professional Practice and the American Psychological Association.
In private life, I am a happily devoted and shamelessly proud husband and father of two. My wife and partner in all things for the past 32 years is a high school principal and an exceptional woman in all respects. We have two amazing daughters, both independent, early-career professionals. As a family, we work together to cultivate our version of The Good Life. When not otherwise occupied, you will usually find me with a book in my hand, working out, watching sports, or enjoying the great outdoors.
