Payment in full is required at the time of service. Cash, check, debit cards, flex benefits cards, Visa and Mastercard are accepted for your convenience.

I do not accept insurance or other third party payments; however, you may be entitled to reimbursement for my services through your health insurance or employee benefits plan. Please check the terms of your out-of-network mental health coverage with your benefits administrator in advance of your initial consultation. While filing claims for reimbursement is your responsibility, I am happy to assist as needed or required. Usually the process is fairly straightforward, simply a matter of sending in a copy of your receipt along with a standard claim form. Claim forms are available on-line or through your benefits administrator.

The courtesy of a 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Clients will be billed for late cancellations and missed appointments based on the time reserved for them.
